Terms and Conditions

 1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Service Requirement: We are 100% mobile and carry our own power and DI water. However, clients must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal workspace with at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides.
  • Arrival Window: While we strive for punctuality, traffic and previous appointments may impact arrival times. We will provide updates if we expect to arrive more than 15 minutes outside your window.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

2. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

  • Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal items, valuables, and car seats prior to arrival. Monroe’s is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
  • Pre-Existing Damage: We try our best to document all major visible pre-existing damage (dents, scratches, cracked leather, etc.) before starting. We are not liable for any mechanical, electrical, or structural issues existing prior to our service.
  • Heavy Soiling: Rates are based on standard vehicle conditions. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or extreme grime may incur additional labor charges as noted in your initial estimate.

3. Safety & Liability

  • Vehicle Access: Clients must provide access to the vehicle (keys or unlocked doors) at the scheduled time.
  • Equipment Safety: For the safety of our technicians and your vehicle, we reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions, including unstable ground or extreme weather.
  • Limitations of Liability: Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for damage to aftermarket modifications or non-factory installations.

4. Weather Policy

  • Rain or Shine: We can perform most interior services in light rain if a covered area is provided. However, exterior ceramic sealant applications require dry conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule without penalty to the client if weather compromises the quality or safety of the service.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Full payment is required immediately upon completion of the service.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (e.g., Venmo).

Return and Refund Policy

At Monroe’s Mobile Detailing, we take pride in our meticulous attention to detail. Since we provide a professional service rather than a physical product, we do not offer traditional "returns." Instead, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

  1. Inspection Upon Completion: We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their vehicle with our technician immediately following the service. Any concerns should be reported at this time so we can address them on the spot.
  2. 24-Hour Correction Window: If you notice an issue after we have left, please notify us within 24 hours. If we missed a specific area included in your package, we will return to rectify it at no additional cost to you.
  3. Limitations: Our guarantee covers the specific services performed. It does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or "subjective" dissatisfaction with the vehicle's original condition.
